TOPBOY SOCIAL PUBLISHER
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern authorized use of TOPBOY Social Publisher (the “Service”), a desktop tool operated by TOPBOY for preparing, reviewing, and publishing approved social media content.
1. Authorized use
You may use the Service only if you are authorized to manage the relevant brand content and destination accounts. You are responsible for maintaining control of your connected platform accounts and for complying with each platform’s terms and policies.
2. Content and account responsibility
You retain responsibility for the videos, images, captions, and other material you prepare or publish. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content and must confirm the correct destination account before publishing.
3. Human approval
The Service is designed around human review. An authorized operator must review the content, approve it, and select its destination. The operator remains responsible for the final publishing decision.
4. Platform integrations
The Service may interact with third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through their authorized APIs. Availability depends on the account owner’s authorization, platform approval, API availability, and applicable platform rules. A listed or planned integration does not guarantee production access or uninterrupted availability.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use the Service to access or publish to an account without authorization.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass human approval, platform controls, access restrictions, or security safeguards.
- Do not share passwords, access tokens, client secrets, or other credentials through content or support requests.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided for authorized operations and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, platform changes, or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Privacy and deletion
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of Service-managed account connection data are available on the Data Deletion page.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Service, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The revised effective date will be published on this page.
